Here is a partial list of my responsibilities:

Our goal is to create the FINEST wedding ceremony, there fore:

I will offer you two appointments to plan the ceremony according to your wishes. Some couples desire only one meeting because of work schedules, distance or lack of time. Conference calls can be scheduled in lieu of personal meetings according to your wishes.

I will shed light upon the many possibilities and options available to you for the ceremony.

I will share with you from my experience and make recommendations regarding the particulars of the wedding.

I will give you sample readings, poems, and reflections to help you choose one that will be proclaimed at the wedding ceremony.

I will offer you many options for the ceremony used by other couples and give you the symbolism for each one.

I will “walk you through” a typical wedding ceremony and help you to picture your wedding.

I will help you fine tune the ceremony at our second meeting

I will share my thoughts at the wedding based on the information you share with me via personal letters, planning conferences and questionnaires.

I will be the spokesperson for the invited guests by expressing their delight, joy, love, friendship and gratitude

I will warmly welcome the guests and add to the feeling of hospitality so necessary for the wedding.

I will not resort to a “cookie cutter” recitation of old phrases during the ceremony e.g. “My dear people, we are gathered here together…”

I will arrive one hour before the starting time to meet with all your vendors and sign the legal documents with the official witnesses.

I will mail the documents back to the registrar, as is the law.

I will be available to answer any questions that may arise during the weeks of preparation.

I will make every effort to make your wedding the best celebration we can possibly create

I will act as a consultant on all aspects of your wedding if you so desire my expertise.
